Consultant

Responsibilities

  1. Support hands-on training and marketing consulting projects for home and building materials companies, with primary responsibility for driving consulting projects to implementation.
  2. Analyze needs: research, collect, analyze, and guide client requirements, then prepare requirement documents.
  3. Design solutions: develop project solutions based on client needs.
  4. Implement on site: enter the project site, launch the project, create the project execution plan, and drive delivery according to plan.
  5. Control projects: manage project progress, cost, risk, and quality, and regularly monitor and report field status.
  6. Complete acceptance: verify project outcomes against the project plan and targets.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above from a full-time program.
  2. 3+ years of marketing or sales management experience in the home and building materials industry, with practical management experience.
  3. Strong communication, comprehension, logical thinking, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
  4. Good service mindset and stress tolerance, with willingness to travel frequently and work under consulting project pressure.

  1. Meals: the office building has a staff canteen, with meals around RMB 10-20 per meal.
